    Dr. Huertas is a skilled surgical practitioner with extensive knowledge and experience stemming from program completion in General Surgery at Boston University Medical Center, Boston M.A. (1995) Prior to this internship, Dr. Huertas graduated from The University of Charleston, in Charleston, WV, receiving his Bachelor of Science in Biology degree in 1990. In 1994 he completed studies at the Ponce School of Medicine in Ponce, Puerto Rico. His residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology was obtained in 1999, at the University of Puerto Rico Medical Science Campus in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

    Dr. Huertas has been enhancing his medical practice with aesthetic medicine since 2006. He continues to pursue excellence in body contouring, ultrasonic liposuction, vibro liposuction, urogynecology and cosmetic-gynecology.

    Dr. Huertas is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology and is an active member of the following national and international associations:
